CEO and Co-Founder Mark Talucci is proud to be supporting such a worthy cause. "I am extremely excited that our Pink Ribbon Collection will be used as a tool to help raise charitable funds and awareness for breast cancer," explains Talucci.

The Pink Ribbon collection is comprised of a sparkle knit fabrication with rhinestone buckles and trim. Silhouettes include a flap ($54), hobo ($59) and mini top handle ($54); each style is available in black, natural, ginger, dove and of course blush (pink).

Each Pink Ribbon handbag comes complete with a beautiful nickel pink ribbon key fob, which makes for a great conversation piece. This special collection may be purchased by visiting www.thesak.com, or at select stores such as Macys, Parisian and Dillards.

For each Pink Ribbon handbag that is sold, THE SAK will donate 20% of the retail price up to $15,000 to the Foundation.

THE BREAST CANCER RESEARCH FOUNDATION was founded in 1993 by Evelyn H. Lauder as an independent, not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to funding innovative clinical and genetic research. The Foundation supports scientists at leading medical centers worldwide whose research is focused on achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime. A minimum of 85 cents of each dollar donated to the Foundation goes directly to breast cancer research and awareness programs. Over $18 million was awarded to the 2004-2005 grantees -- 97 researchers across the U.S. and in Belgium, Canada, France, Israel, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Money magazine named BCRF one of America's eight top charities. The Foundation has received the highest rating from Charity Navigator, four stars, for four consecutive years, which means BCRF has outperformed most other charities in America in efficiently managing its finances.
